TRAINER PROFILE

MARK WILCOCK is an independent consultant and trainer. He specialises in data analysis, visualisation and reporting using Power BI and the Microsoft Data Platform. He has worked for several clients including Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, Nomura and Barclays. He has received Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for the last five years. He has a MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge and an MBA from Imperial College, London. Over the last couple of years Mark has trained thousands of people in data analysis and visualisation and Power BI. Mark is the organiser of London Business Analytics Group, a very popular community meetup group. It has held over 50 free events in the last four years on subjects such as machine learning, data visualisation, ethics of big data, personalised medicine and climate change. Mark is a regular speaker at conferences on data science, machine learning and data visualisation.
